Brent Cross Shopping Centre: North London’s Classic Mall

Brent Cross was London’s first American-style indoor mall when it opened in 1976. Today it remains a key shopping centre with over 120 stores.

Shops

Main anchors include John Lewis, Fenwick, M&S. High street brands from fashion, sports and electronics fill the rest.

Food

A central food court with fast food, coffee shops and casual dining. Recent refurbishments added more modern eateries.

Getting There

  • Tube: Brent Cross (Northern Line), then shuttle bus.
  • Parking: 8,000 spaces, free for up to 2 hours.

Why Go

Less glitzy than Westfield, but convenient for North Londoners. Plans for redevelopment will expand it into a town centre hub.
